Gobernador Rosselló Nevares anuncia adopción de nuevo Reglamento Conjunto

(9 de mayo de 2019 – San Juan) El gobernador Ricardo Rosselló Nevares anunció la adopción del Reglamento conjunto para la evaluación y expedición de permisos relacionados al desarrollo, uso de terrenos y operación de negocios, cuyo objetivo primordial es crear un sistema de evaluación y tramitación de permisos para el desarrollo integrado y uniforme en toda la Isla.

El nuevo reglamento permite que, al momento de diseñar o seleccionar la ubicación de un proyecto, no sea necesario cambiar de reglas de planificación, según los requisitos del municipio en el que se desarrolle.
