Gobernador Rosselló Nevares ordena moratoria a implementación de multas por certificaciones sobre asientos protectores

(23 de septiembre de 2018 – La Fortaleza, San Juan) El gobernador Ricardo Rosselló Nevares ordenó al Departamento de Transportación y Obras Públicas (DTOP) a que extienda por seis meses la moratoria sobre la certificación de instalación de los asientos protectores, según requerido en la Ley de Vehículos y Tránsito.

Dicho requisito legal y la imposición de una multa de $100 entraba en vigor el próximo 1 de octubre.
