AAFAF y COFINA anuncian que Plan de Ajuste de Título III de COFINA ya entró en vigor

(San Juan) La Autoridad de Asesoría Financiera y Agencia Fiscal de Puerto Rico (“AAFAF”) y la Corporación del Fondo de Interés Apremiante (“COFINA”) anunciaron hoy que el Tercer Plan de Ajuste Enmendado al amparo del Título III de la Corporación del Fondo de Interés Apremiante de 9 de enero de 2019 (el “Plan de Ajuste”), el cual fue confirmado por el Tribunal de Distrito Federal para el Distrito de Puerto Rico mediante una orden enmendada emitida el 5 de febrero de 2019, ha entrado en vigor.
