Gobernador Rosselló Nevares presenta medidas para reforzar la seguridad pública

(6 de febrero de 2017- La Fortaleza) El gobernador Ricardo Rosselló Nevares presentará hoy un proyecto de ley que propone cambios a las Reglas de Procedimiento Criminal con el propósito de combatir con mayor efectividad el crimen, proteger a la ciudadanía y a las víctimas de delito.

La medida propone enmendar la Regla 3 para incluir dentro de la definición de magistrado a los jueces del Tribunal de Apelaciones para que puedan dictar órdenes de arresto, en caso de ser necesario, contra una persona a quien se le impute un delito.
