Gobernador Rosselló Nevares reitera llamado a liderato congresional para cumplir su promesa de desarrollo económico para la Isla

(19 de diciembre de 2017 – La Fortaleza, San Juan) El gobernador Ricardo Rosselló Nevares cursó una carta a los líderes de la mayoría y minoría del Senado y la Cámara federal para solicitar la inclusión de enmiendas relacionadas al código contributivo que garanticen el trato igual a los ciudadanos americanos residentes en Puerto Rico.

El mandatario reiteró que el propio Congreso promulgó la Ley PROMESA para asegurar el desarrollo económico y la estabilidad fiscal, pero con el trato desigual a Puerto Rico en la reforma contributiva federal se entorpece su propósito.
