Bajo la Ley 447, el remanente de años de servicio para los empleados que vayan a retirarse después del 1 de julio se determinará proporcionalmente al número de años que le quede para jubilarse.
Es decir, los que tengan menos de 55 años ahora se podrán retirar a los 61 años; las personas que tengan 56 años, ahora se podrán retirar a los 60 años; aquellos que tengan 57 años se podrán retirar a los 59 años.
