Comparten aspiraciones de éxito durante Conversatorio de Vida en La Fortaleza

12 de abril de 2014 - La Fortaleza - La primera dama, Wilma Pastrana Jiménez, recibió en La Fortaleza a un grupo de estudiantes de la Escuela Natividad Rodríguez del Municipio de Arroyo, para celebrar por quinta ocasión el Conversatorio de Vida.

Se trata de una actividad en la que jóvenes que cursan el cuarto año de escuela superior reciben un taller acerca de las oportunidades disponibles para continuar estudios postgraduados y mejoramiento profesional para insertarse al campo laboral. Las estudiantes participaron, además, en una charla dirigida a fortalecer su autoestima y a enfrentar posibles temores a cualquier tipo de cambio en su vida, dirigida por el Dr. José A. Martínez.

Pastrana Jiménez ofreció un recorrido a las estudiantes a través del Palacio de Santa Catalina, donde también tuvieron la oportunidad de compartir junto al gobernador, Alejandro García Padilla. El grupo de estudiantes estuvo acompañado por su maestra y consejera escolar.

"Queremos continuar abriendo las puertas de La Fortaleza a nuestros jóvenes. Queremos que tengan la oportunidad de conocer y aprender de su historia, y al mismo tiempo, recibir las herramientas que le ayuden a conducirles al éxito profesional o alcanzar cualquier meta personal que se propongan", sostuvo la Primera Dama.

Los Conversatorios de Vida forman parte del programa de prevención que la Primera Dama dirige a través de todas las regiones educativas en la isla.
