Celebran la vida e historias de éxito de niños con autismo

2 de abril de 2014 - Dorado - La primera dama, Wilma Pastrana Jiménez, compartió junto a varias familias y niños durante el inicio de las actividades que se celebran con motivo del Día Mundial de Concienciación sobre el Autismo.

Pastrana Jiménez acudió hasta la Plaza de Recreo del Municipio de Dorado, donde las familias se organizaron para participar de una caminata que recorrió las calles del pueblo y se extendió de hasta el Parque Ecológico de Dorado.

"Hoy queremos compartir y celebrar la vida de los niños aquí presente y de muchas otras personas que viven con autismo. Todos ellos dan fiel testimonio de que hay oportunidades para ser mejores seres humanos cada día y lograr grandes avances a través de la educación", dijo la primera dama.

"Que todas las familias y niños con autismo reciban nuestro total apoyo y respaldo", puntualizó en compañía del alcalde de Dorado, Carlos López y la secretaria auxiliar de Educación Especial, Doris Zapata.
