Declaraciones autorizadas del gobernador de Puerto Rico, Ricardo Rosselló Nevares:

(12 de julio de 2018) “El sueldo otorgado por la Junta de Gobierno de la Autoridad de Energía Eléctrica (AEE) al nuevo director ejecutivo no guarda proporción con la condición financiera de la AEE, la situación fiscal del Gobierno, ni con el sentir de un Pueblo que está realizando sacrificios para levantar a Puerto Rico.

La Junta de Gobierno de la AEE debe atemperar el sueldo a lo que estoy planteando, o en su defecto, los miembros que no estén dispuestos a hacerlo deben renunciar a sus cargos, para que los asuman personas que trabajen arduamente en la búsqueda de un buen director ejecutivo dispuesto a trabajar por un salario que se ajuste a la realidad de la AEE”.
