Gobernador envía al Senado tres nombramientos a jueces

28 de agosto de 2013 – San Juan –  El Gobernador, Alejandro García Padilla, remitió hoy a la consideración del Senado los primeros tres nombramientos judiciales luego que incluyera como parte del proceso de evaluación que las personas a nombrar se sometan a pruebas de dopaje previo a ser nominados al cargo.

 Los jueces nominados son los siguientes:

1. Manuel Méndez Cruz, como juez municipal

2. María del Rosario Rojas Delgado, como jueza municipal

3. José D'Anglada Rafucci, reingreso en ascenso, como juez superior

“Estos nombramientos son los primeros que establecemos bajo el nuevo protocolo que dispone que las pruebas de dopaje sean requisito en el proceso de evaluación de los solicitantes a puestos en la judicatura. Mi compromiso es devolverle a la gente, la confianza en su sistema de justicia y con estas acciones damos pasos firmes hacia esa meta”, afirmó el primer mandatario.

La directriz emitida esta semana instruye a la Oficina de Nombramientos Judiciales de La Fortaleza que se exijan pruebas de dopaje a los interesados en ser nominados para las  posiciones de fiscales, procuradores y registradores en el Departamento de Justicia.
