Comparten ideas de innovación del Gobierno de Puerto Rico en importante conferencia de tecnología

(27 de agosto de 2017 - Washington, D.C) Dos funcionarios del Gobierno de Puerto Rico participaron en la Conferencia del Hispanic IT Executive Council – HITEC 2017 D.C. Leadership Conference, en la que se reúnen varios de los principales ejecutivos de información del Gobierno de los Estados Unidos y ejecutivos de grandes empresas alrededor de todo el mundo para compartir ideas sobre innovación y tecnología.

La conferencia se llevó a cabo el 24 y 25 de agosto y contó con la participación del principal ejecutivo de Información del Gobierno de Puerto Rico, Luis Arocho; y la principal ejecutiva de Innovación, Glorimar Ripoll Balet.

Arocho participó en un panel junto al principal ejecutivo de Tecnología de la ciudad de Nueva York, Miguel Gamiño, Jr. y el ex principal ejecutivo de Información del Gobierno de los Estados Unidos, Tony Scott.

Entre los temas que discutieron estuvo la transformación e innovación tecnológica en el sector público y sector privado.

Además, Ripoll Balet intercambió junto a varios ejecutivos y líderes del sector privado y público ideas sobre innovación para buscar alternativas para implementar nuevas tecnologías para el desarrollo de Puerto Rico.

Los funcionarios destacaron el interés y compromiso del gobernador Ricardo Rosselló Nevares de integrar la tecnología y la innovación en el Gobierno para asegurar que el servicio público sea más eficiente para la ciudadanía.
