Jefe de Bomberos comparte experiencias de servicio en Conversatorio de Vida

26 de octubre de 2016 - La Fortaleza - El Jefe del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Puerto Rico, y Director Ejecutivo de la Agencia Estatal para el Manejo de Emergencias y Administración de Desastres, Ángel A. Crespo Ortiz, fungió hoy como invitado especial de la primera dama durante el Conversatorio de Vida junto a estudiantes del programa educativo Nuestra Escuela.

El funcionario compartió su experiencia de formación en el servicio público por varias décadas en el País y exhortó a los jóvenes a continuar su crecimiento personal y profesional.

“Es un verdadero honor recibir la invitación de la primera dama para continuar inspirando y contribuyendo al desarrollo de nuestra juventud. La única forma en que podemos superarnos como individuos y como país es haciendo lo que nos toca a cada uno, trabajando fuerte, enfocados en nuestras metas y compartiendo nuestro conocimiento en beneficio de los demás”, expresó Crespo Ortiz.

Por su parte, Wilma Pastrana Jiménez agradeció al jefe por su ejecutoria y destacó su labor en alianzas colaborativas durante los pasados años, específicamente en temas de prevención junto a Proyectos de Vida.

Nuestra Escuela sirve como un modelo de educación alternativa para que jóvenes y adultos fuera de la escuela puedan completar el grado de cuarto año. Asimismo, ofrece alternativas de desarrollo ocupacional y destrezas de autosuficiencia y autogestión entre las comunidades que atiende.
