Policías reciben pago del “enfermito”

13 de junio de 2013 – La Fortaleza – El secretario de Asuntos Públicos, Jorge Colberg Toro, informó el comienzo del pago de horas de licencia en exceso por enfermedad, tal y como fue el compromiso del gobernador Alejandro García Padilla.

“Cumpliendo con la palabra empeñada, esta administración ha tomado las medidas necesarias para que nuestros policías puedan recibir la totalidad del pago del enfermito antes de que culmine este año fiscal”, expresó Colberg Toro.

El pago del exceso de licencias por enfermedad ascendió a $30 millones. De igual forma, los policías recibieron el pago de horas extras correspondientes al mes de marzo. El pasado mes de mayo, los policías recibieron $18 millones en el pago de horas extras trabajadas durante el 2012, tal y como fue el compromiso del primer ejecutivo.

El secretario de Asuntos Públicos destacó que “por primera vez en muchos años no se le deben a los policías más de 90 días en horas extras. Más importante aún, el gobernador cumplió su palabra antes de la fecha provista para ello”.
