Rosselló Nevares viaja a Nueva York para promover inversión en la Isla

(14 de febrero de 2018 – La Fortaleza, San Juan) El gobernador Ricardo Rosselló Nevares viajará hoy a la ciudad de Nueva York para participar del evento Puerto Rico: Pathway to the Future, dirigido a relanzar a la Isla como un destino de negocios y reubicación para inversionistas, emprendedores y grandes empresas.

La actividad presentará los planes de la Isla y las nuevas oportunidades disponibles, a medida que se reconstruye la infraestructura y se restablece la economía de Puerto Rico.

El primer ejecutivo ofrecerá el discurso de apertura del evento, el cual se lleva a cabo en colaboración con Financial Times y el Departamento de Desarrollo Económico y Comercio (DDEC).

Entre los delegados presentes, estarán el secretario del DDEC, Manuel Laboy Rivera; el director ejecutivo de la Autoridad de los Puertos, de la Autoridad del Distrito del Centro de Convenciones de Puerto Rico y de la Autoridad de las Alianzas Público Privadas, Omar Marrero; y el director ejecutivo de la Autoridad de Asesoría Financiera y Agencia Fiscal de Puerto Rico, Gerardo Portela.

La secretaria de Justicia, Wanda Vázquez Garced, fungirá como gobernadora interina hasta el regreso del primer ejecutivo el sábado 17 de febrero.
