Retirada la designación de Alamo Fernández como secretario del Departamento de Educación

(8 de abril de 2019, La Fortaleza) El gobernador Ricardo Rosselló Nevares anunció esta tarde el retiro de la designación del profesor Eleuterio Alamo Fernández como secretario del Departamento de Educación.

El retiro se hizo accediendo a una petición del propio nominado. "Ante dicha petición, accedo a la misma y le solicito al presidente del Senado, que se retire de todo trámite legislativo el nombramiento del Prof. Álamo al puesto que fue nominado", dijo el Gobernador.

Eventualmente se enviará al Senado un nombramiento en propiedad.

"La educación de nuestros hijos y el ambiente de sosiego que debe prevalecer entre el magisterio, es fundamental para la operación efectiva del Departamento de Educación", concluyó el gobernador.
