Primera Dama obsequia libros a estudiantes

13 de septiembre de 2016 - Caguas - La primera dama, Wilma Pastrana Jiménez, visitó la Escuela Justino Vázquez Mendoza en el Municipio de Caguas, donde compartió con alumnos del segundo grado durante la iniciación de su Club de Lectura.

Pastrana Jiménez dio lectura a un cuento seleccionado por los estudiantes y obsequió varios libros que formarán parte de la biblioteca del nuevo Club. Además, compartió con estudiantes de educación especial y sus maestras.

“Les animo para que cada día disfruten de la lectura y descubran todo el conocimiento y las grandes experiencias que podemos aprender en cada libro. Es importante que en cada hogar continuemos fomentando la educación de nuestros niños y niñas mediante este tipo de actividades. Esa es la primera escuela y la responsabilidad primordial de nosotros los padres y madres”, dijo la primera dama durante el encuentro en el que también participaron padres, abuelos y encargados.
