Gobernador Rosselló Nevares visita escuela en Corozal

(15 de agosto de 2017 – Corozal) Durante el segundo día de clases del nuevo año académico, el gobernador Ricardo Rosselló Nevares visitó la Escuela Segunda Unidad Julián Marrero donde se renovó el salón de Educación Especial para niños con autismo.

El primer ejecutivo fue recibido por la secretaria del Departamento de Educación, Julia Keleher; la secretaria asociada de la Gobernación, Itza García; el representante June Rivera —quien adoptó esta escuela para realizar mejoras en la planta física— y la directora del plantel, Elisaura Padilla.

Rosselló Nevares conversó con el estudiantado y los motivó a continuar mejorando su aprovechamiento académico para lograr sus metas.
