Gobernador Rosselló Nevares sostiene reuniones en el Tesoro de los Estados Unidos

(2 de mayo de 2019 - Washington, DC) En la mañana de hoy, el gobernador Ricardo Rosselló Nevares sostuvo importantes reuniones con oficiales del Departamento del Tesoro de los Estados Unidos en las que se estrecharon los lazos entre este ente y el Gobierno de Puerto Rico.

La discusión giró en torno a la reciente designación de gran parte de Puerto Rico como una Zona de Oportunidad, así como la implementación de nuevas regulaciones que permitan expandir este programa en Puerto Rico y otras jurisdicciones.

“El compromiso de mi administración con la recuperación y reconstrucción de Puerto Rico es inquebrantable. Durante el día de hoy continuamos adelantando la agenda de Puerto Rico en la capital federal para asegurar que nuestro pueblo se beneficie de todas las oportunidades disponibles”, sentenció el primer ejecutivo.

El primer mandatario estuvo acompañado de oficiales de la Administración de Asuntos Federales de Puerto Rico.
