Gobernador Rosselló Nevares firma Orden Ejecutiva para conceder libre el Jueves Santo

(28 de marzo de 2018 – La Fortaleza, San Juan) El gobernador Ricardo Rosselló Nevares firmó hoy una Orden Ejecutiva para conceder el jueves 29 de marzo como día feriado sin cargo a licencia alguna.

“Conceder el jueves, 29 de marzo de 2018 permite a nuestros servidores públicos poder compartir la solemnidad de la Semana Santa junto a sus familias”, expresó el primer ejecutivo.

El decreto se firma en virtud de las facultades delegadas por el Código Político de Puerto Rico y la Ley de Cumplimiento con el Plan Fiscal.

De igual forma, se destaca en la Orden Ejecutiva que los secretarios y jefes de Agencias, deberán ejercer sus poderes y prerrogativas gerenciales y sus mejores oficios para asegurar que no se vean afectados los servicios esenciales que ofrecen sus respectivas agencias a la ciudadanía.

Según reza la Orden Ejecutiva 2018-013 se ordena a la directora de la Oficina de Administración y Transformación de los Recursos Humanos del Gobierno de Puerto Rico (OATRH) a realizar las notificaciones pertinentes a las Agencias de la Rama Ejecutiva, para cumplir con las disposiciones del presente Boletín Administrativo.
