Director ejecutivo de la Oficina de Gerencia de Permisos expresa que no hay retrasos en la expedición de los permisos para el Centro Comprensivo de Cáncer

(1 de marzo de 2018 – San Juan) No es correcta la información de que la Oficina de Gerencia de Permisos (OGPE) tenía un alegado atraso en la expedición de los permisos para un proyecto del Centro Comprensivo de Cáncer de la Universidad de Puerto Rico (CCCUPR).

El director ejecutivo de la OGPE, Ian Carlo Serna, aclaró que “la Oficina de Gerencia de Permisos no tiene ningún trámite pendiente sobre el proyecto del CCCUPR. Los permisos de uso para esta instalación fueron sometidos por fases”.

Asimismo, Carlo Serna añadió que “el primero se radicó en nuestro sistema el 2 de febrero de 2017, siendo expedido el 8 de febrero de 2017 (6 días desde su presentación). Mientras que el último permiso de uso fue radicado en nuestro sistema el 2 de agosto de 2017 y fue expedido el 4 de agosto de 2017. Es decir dos días después su radicación”.

Este proceso ágil y eficiente se da bajo la Reforma de Permisos firmada por el Gobernador en el 2017.
