Convierten en ley el Proyecto de la Cámara 2212

La Fortaleza – El gobernador Alejandro García Padilla convirtió hoy en ley el Proyecto de la Cámara 2212, que ajusta el impuesto sobre el barril de petróleo y sus derivados. La nueva ley ayudará a brindarle liquidez al Banco Gubernamental de Fomento (BGF) y de hacer de la Autoridad de Carreteras y Transportación (ACT) una corporación viable financieramente

“Agradezco el esfuerzo de todos los legisladores que trabajaron arduamente en este proyecto, sobretodo porque reconozco que no se trató de una decisión que tomaron a la ligera. Precisamente, su firmeza y moralidad en este asunto son un ejemplo más que no tenemos cuerpos legislativos que operan como sellos de goma, sino que solo le dan paso a estatutos que beneficiarán al país”, expresó el mandatario.

El primer ejecutivo se propone ahora enviar a la legislatura varios proyectos de administración destinados a mejorar la nueva ley y garantizar el acceso a los mercados.

“Mi administración tiene el interés de lograr la mejor transacción que nos permita continuar por el camino de responsabilidad y la recuperación fiscal y económica. Continuaremos trabajando juntos para encontrar la mejor solución a los retos que enfrentamos”, concluyó García Padilla.
