Comparten Día Nacional de la Sana Alimentación

23 de octubre de 2015 - La Fortaleza - Empleados de La Fortaleza celebraron el Día Nacional de la Sana Alimentación al ser convocados por la primera dama, Wilma Pastrana Jiménez, para compartir una merienda saludable junto a valiosa información que le permite al personal mantener mejores estilos nutritivos.

"En La Fortaleza procuramos siempre mantener una cultura y un ambiente saludable, cuidando a nuestros empleados para que puedan realizar sus labores y atender al público de la mejor forma, como merece toda nuestra gente. Esta es una actividad que ya realizamos cada año con el propósito de fomentar esos patrones de alimentación sana para que nuestras familias continúen a su vez, promoviendo salud y bienestar en sus hogares", manifestó Pastrana Jiménez, quien adelantó que la semana próxima se llevará a cabo la segunda edición de las clínicas de salud y cernimiento que forman parte del programa 'Salud Vital' para el personal de la mansión ejecutiva.

Durante la actividad se sirvieron pequeñas muestras de una merienda compuesta por hummus de garbanzo, acompañado de pequeños trozos de brócoli, zanahoria y céleri. También se compartieron varias recetas nutritivas, fáciles de preparar y servir para toda la familia.
